Well, so much of ups and downs happening around in Bruce Jenner’s life. It has just been a week, since Bruce Jenner celebrated this transformation in a brave way, in an interview with Diane Sawyer, the famous Olympic athlete hast undergo fresh challenges after he has been named in an unlawful death lawsuit.
Jenner, 65 as per the reports of the Associated Press, is getting sued by Dana Redmond and William Howe, who are the stepchildren of Kim Howe, the woman who was killed in the tragic car crash accident, somewhere around February. Jenner got pulled into this multi-car pileup case and they have been quite specifically been named in all the related papers. These papers got filed on Friday, May 1.
As per the reports from AP, the suit was filed in Los Angeles, and it seeks reckoning for suffering the huge damage however, nothing was mentioned about the punishment or the dollar amount that has to b repaid. There is also additional information added to the case, which mentions that I was entirely Jenner’s fault and in the papers he was referred to as a “careless and negligent” driver and that the accident took place as he was driving at quite a high speed rate.
Even though it was already a known fact that the relatives were all set to file a case against Bruce Jenner, however, there are few questions that are being asked at the moment about the step children’s relationship with Howe, here many also claim that both of them were estranged from the deceased.
The tragic accident took place on Feb. 7 on the Pacific Coast Highway and this was several weeks before Jenner had confirmed about his interview with Sawyer. In this interview, h also stated that it was for the first time in public that he was identifying himself as a woman and his process of transitioning into a woman was on.
