This has to be judged a successful appearance for Fiorina because it accomplished what she set out to do – show that she has a playful side without sacrificing her dignity.
A group of 30 political experts from diverse ideological backgrounds have ranked Republican presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina number one among the crowded GOP field.
Carson told NBC’s Chuck Todd on Meet the Press on Sunday, “I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation”. Fiorina had met Putin once during an APAC economic conference in Beijing.
And she continued to show that if the presidential election were to be held on a stage with semi-scripted events, she could be an unstoppable candidate.
Fresh off what was considered a winning debate performance last week, Fiorina has been rising in polls, No. 2 behind Trump according to a CNN/ORC poll released on Monday. Two of them (and there were only a handful) had to do with her time as an executive at Hewlett-Packard, a tenure that included laying off 30,000 employees and being unceremoniously fired after stock prices plummeted. She went on to say that she was hired as CEO in 1999 “to save a company”.
Fallon asked Carly what she thought about having a Muslim president. She called him a “confident” and “formidable adversary”.
“You know it says in our Constitution that religion cannot be a test for office”, she added.
My name’s Snick, and you’re gonna have to carry me.
“Loser” is not a word that is often leveled at Donald Trump, but with the downward trend beginning to show in a noticeable way, the question needs to be asked: is this the beginning of the end for The Donald?
Fiorina has been widely praised for how she handled Trump during the debate, who previously had launched personal attacks against her. Marco Rubio were also in double-digits, at 14 percent and 11 percent, respectively. Her resume is eye-popping, especially, as far as I’m concerned, her decision to study philosophy and medieval history at Stanford. When people get to know me, they tend to support me-that’s what you see in the polls’.
As president, Fiorina said she “would not tolerate” Xi building military outposts in the South China Sea.
How fully she exploited said opportunities can be measured on the Trump-outburst barometer.
