Android’s data saver feature is on by default. Saving up on the internal storage in the form of smaller apps and a slimmer OS should help improve the device performance on low-end smartphones.
Android Oreo devices with 512MB to 1GB of memory will come with the all the Go optimizations. Phones running Go edition software has the same kind of security features as a standard Oreo device.it also comes with Google Play Protect. The app has three basic functions including freeing up space by deleting unwanted messages and more, finding files, photos and other content faster and sharing files without going online with people nearby. The app prompts users to delete heavy files or files from a particular sources (for example, WhatsApp), and allows them to delete the said files in just two taps. Even most of the apps designed for Go edition will come in less than 5MB in size.
