While Infinity War chose to go with Thanos Demands Your Silence, the team of Deadpool 2 used the long hashtag: Wade Wilson Demands Your Sister Sorry Stupid Auto Correct Silence.
Marvel’s future confirmed slate consists of Ant-Man and the Wasp (July 2018), Captain Marvel (March 2019), Avengers 4 (May 2019), a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming (July 2019), and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2020). We expect it to release sometime by the end of this year, but we simply don’t know yet.
However, Avengers writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who already instructed us to deal with the deaths in the movie as if they’re real and permanent, told Yahoo Movies that they had planned a scene where the two superhero friends would have patched things up. In the letter, he mimicked the Russos’ message about how much work went into their movie and that they hope people won’t ruin the experience of watching it on the big screen. “She obviously starts as his dutiful assistant, and then the relationship evolves, and now this decade later they’re married, and they have a child”.
We trust the animals whose paws are in the picture to keep the secrets of Deadpool 2 safe.
So, we may instead have simply seen Peter fade away to dust in Wakanda (or even New York) had he not gone to space with Tony and Doctor Strange.
