“10 CLOVERFIELD LANE” Super Bowl ad teases a creature
Right before kickoff, Paramount instead debuted a revealing new 10 Cloverfield Lane trailer, which gives some serious hints at its connection to the original Cloverfield.
It will be interesting to see how closely it touches on the original movie (both Reeves and “Cloverfield” screenwriter Drew Goddard are not listed on the film’s IMDb page). (The Newsroom), who are trapped together in a bunker following an unknown cataclysmic event.

Abrams revealed that this is not the direct sequel to Cloverfield, but but what Abrams called “a blood relative” of the earlier feature in a statement.
“The idea came up a long time ago during production”. Meanwhile, John Gallagher Jr., Mary Elizabeth Winstead and John Goodman headline a small cast of characters, who appear to be living out their remaining days in some form of nuclear banker. It begins with what looks like a auto crash involving Winstead, and as we start to see shots of them in the bunker, Goodman’s character is heard saying: “I focused on being prepared”.
