#2. Miami Dolphins @ Pittsburgh Steelers

Joey Porter was the defensive stalwart with 17.5 sacks. Fortunately, star defensive end Stephon Tuitt practiced fully and he’s expected to start against Miami, which should give Pittsburgh a much-needed boost.

“The bootleg game is very good, and they did it with (Tannehill) as well”, safety Mike Mitchell said.

Ajayi personally has plenty of room to feel confident about his ability to impact the upcoming wild card game. Let’s take a look at the matchup.

Miami has a 1% chance of winning the AFC this year which means they have a.33% chance of beating the Steelers, according to ESPN.

There is also another trend working in the Fins’ favor.

Pittsburgh struggled offensively all game. Miami can’t stop Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown and when they can, they will leave Eli Rogers wide open just like they did Julian Edelman.

The Dolphins enter the postseason ranked No. 29 in the league in total yards on defense and No. 18 in scoring. Now eventually going through the Patriots will be by far the toughest task, but finding a way to get past Pittsburgh on the road is a great start. Behind him will be Le’Veon Bell, who is a top three runner in the NFL.

Zenner has set career highs the past two games with 110 yards of offense in a loss to Green Bay and 92 yards from scrimmage in a loss at Dallas. For what it’s worth, the Dolphins have given up 30-plus points in back-to-back games. He’s on injured reserve and won’t play. We have a 1,000-yard receiver in [Jarvis Landry], a guy who scored nine touchdowns in Kenny [Stills] and DeVante [Parker] can take it to the house on any play.

The Dolphins remain the only team to have an undefeated season in the Super Bowl era. But the veterans, the ones with playoff experience, have tried to warn them.

Chris Boswell made 21 of his 25 attempts this season, including six against the Cincinnati Bengals in a 24-20 win in Week 16.

With that being said, the Dolphins have to lean on their running back Jay Ajayi in this match-up.

Kickoff for the Wildcard game will be Sunday at 1:05pm ET from Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field. The Dolphins subsequently signed Wallace to a long-term contract, only to trade him to the Minnesota Vikings two years later for several draft picks in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Tannehill threw for 2,995 yards and 19 touchdowns with 12 interceptions for the Dolphins until suffering sprained left knee ligaments December 11 against Arizona.

The Miami aerial attack will find some success, but not enough to stay in the game.
