2015’s best and worst retailers for Black Friday deals
The worst two places to shop on Black Friday, according to WalletHub, are Costco and Sam’s Club. The best day of the year for shoppers is quickly approaching and with so many different options to choose from, it can prove hard to find the best deal.

Macy’s offers the best deals on appliances, while Belk offers them on toys.
A study by WalletHub looking into where you can save the most on Black Friday.
Jewelry was also the most heavily discounted category in 2014-though past year, the average discount was a far lower 58 percent.
Discounts are most concentrated on apparel with an average of 21.67 percent, which is well above the next most-concentrated deal – computers and phones at just more than 7 percent. Staples showed the least repeated deals, with 5.1%, while Big Lots topped the list with 16.4% of current offers.
The overall average discount for Black Friday is 40 percent.
– “It is something that stores really want to move out in terms of inventory, whereas other categories, like electronics, people buy all year”.
WalletHug said, “With all the hype around Black Friday, consumers expect retailers to wow them with new and better deals when the event rolls around again”.
This year, jewelry far outpaced every other category as far as advertised discounts.
