3-year-old girl among eight shot in ‘retaliatory violence’ in Baltimore
According to WBAL, police said three people, one armed with a shotgun and the other two with handguns, are responsible for the shooting.
Police say the victims injuries are all non-life threatening. Police believe this planned shooting was a retaliatory attack. Police have made an arrest in that case, he said. In addition, it was reported that a father and his 3-year-old daughter are among the wounded.
Other than the child, those injured included one female in her 30s, and six men in their 20s and 30s.
Three gunmen opened fire outside some row houses in Baltimore.
Based on how witnesses were reporting what had happened, Davis went on to say that one of the Baltimore gunmen appeared to “emerge from a dark alley” while the other two gunmen came from down the street.
Michael Eugene Stratton, 45, of the 500-block of West Presstman Street in Baltimore, is charged with two counts of robbery and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail, police said Sunday. But, Davis said the assailants “need not to just be in jail, but underneath a jail”.
He said other victims were a woman and the rest were men. The adults ranged in age from 26 to 39.
