Meg Ryan steps out looking totally different

But returning to the spotlight in stunning fashion, Meg Ryan looked ultra chic on Tuesday as she attended the Georges Chakra Paris Fashion Week presentation.

The 53-year-old actress is practically glowing, thanks to her natural makeup and wavy blonde bob. She also sported curls reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe’s famous frock, oversized sunglasses, pink cheeks, and raspberry-hued lips.

After the actress’ rare appearance, various reports are now suggesting that she probably went under the knife to have a completely new look.

The actress was last seen 14 months ago during the 41st Annual Chaplin Award Gala in April 2014.

During her years away, Meg has focused on raising her adopted daughter, 9-year-old Daisy, as well as her relationship with rock star, John Mellencamp.

Off camera, Ryan has been enjoying a romance with Mellencamp for several years.
