More Evidence That ‘The Winds Of Winter’ Might Be Coming In 2016

Finally, there’s a big possibility that the long-awaited book “Winds of Winter” will finally see the light of day. 

Cuervo did not reveal the exact release date but joked that the only thing that could stop the book from coming out in 2016 is if a meteor were to fall. Cuervo said that the book is “expected next year”. But readers – like me – desperate for a hint about the release of the sixth novel in the sequence adapted for television as A Game of Thrones, The Winds of Winter, will be disappointed to find the images are only a bit of a tease.

In this case, he will be signing copies of “A Promise of Spring“, which is a playful take on his real book “A Dream of Spring” – the seventh and possibly conclusive novel in his epic “A Song of Ice and Fire” saga.

The author is thought to be beavering away on the sequel, passing up GoT work and cancelling public appearances in order to get it finished.
