Use very good moisturizer every time after washing your face as it will not dehydrate your skin. You can also use a gentle cleanser. Be little careful while using anti-acne creams, as you are moving towards dry-phase of your skin.
For age group 25 to 35 you need to use products with Vitamin A complex that includes Retinol and Retin-A as they will reduce acne and aging. You should get gentle peels done which will make your skin soft and approachable for medicines.
While selecting moisturizer see that product has Vitamin A and Vitamin C. These are anti-inflammatory agents that will reduce reddening of skin. 35-45 age group needs to use moisturizer with higher concentration of Vit-A and C and can consider gentle lasers and Botox.
