Dragon Quest Heroes DLC will release on disc for Western launch
Square Enix is no stranger to releasing Dragon Quest games on mobile platforms, as several have already found their way to phones and tablets. With the game releasing next month in North America and Europe, Square Enix has revealed that all DLC will be included in the game at no additional cost. Most of the DLC will be available after beating King Hydra, while the rest has different conditions, according to IGN. You might be wondering what the big deal is, since they’ve had to re-translate other games during this project. It will be interesting to see how the battles against the giant beasts play out, especially with the game’s focus on hack-and-slash action. The expansions will also give you new costumes and a brand new playable character, and you’ll even face bosses that previously appeared in the legendary franchise. Alena’s episode brings her into a competition for the Colissea Cup.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below launches on PS4 in the United Kingdom on October 16.
