Taylor Swift Corn Maze at Summers Farm in Maryland
Past mazes have included Super Bowl winning football teams and politicians. In fact, Summers Farm is known for the creations carved out in its 12 acres of cornfields. “She treats people amazingly and that’s what we are all about”, said Greenwood to CBS Baltimore. To enter, maze runners will have to pass through a traditional maze pattern of loops and squiggles before reaching her head and the “Dare to be Different” logo etched into the corn field.
What does Swift think about the maze? On average, it can be completed in two hours, but could take much longer. “That makes us feel good that she was happy with what we did-if she wasn’t happy she wouldn’t have put it on there”, Greenwood said.
The maze will be open to the public from September 26 – November 1, and sounds like a fun experience for any Taylor fan!
On receiving the award, Swift wrote, “When they overnight you an Emmy – I did not know this was a thing”. Although we’re still not ruling out the possibility of this being an extra-terrestrial crop circle.
And there is no better person to take on this corn maze challenge than Mike. “This year’s maze features the likeness of Taylor Swift“.
The self-proclaimed “Midwest’s original corn maze”, Sever’s Corn Maze in Shakopee, Minnesota has challenged visitors since 1997.
Summers Farm in Frederick County, MD, has a 12-acre corn maze every fall for families to enjoy.
