On Android? Like running? Spotify just got better for you
The best part is that it adjusts to your pace, and depending on the tempo that you choose, it will match the music to your step in order to further motivate you to go that one more mile. Spotify brought out Tiesto at its event, and his music is included to help keep your heart racing and your feet moving. It has been available on other platforms but now is available to help Android users set their running/workout tempo with Spotify Running.
It wasn’t long ago we heard about Spotify Running, a new feature that could automatically generate playlists and select music based on your running pace and activity. You can find Spotify Running within the app itself, but in a dedicated section and not as part of the primary music experience. The song recommendations will be a combination of your learned listening tastes as well as music curated by Spotify.
The software allows users to pick from a variety of pre-designed playlists, including Recommended, Upbeat, Indie Kick, and Mood Booster.
Obviously, the feature isn’t ideal , so you might notice that Sportify Running does not always syncs the music to your tempo, but it’s pretty close nevertheless.
Spotify states that the update is hitting device today, so be on the lookout for an update on Google Play.
