Jenna Coleman Confirms Leaving Doctor Who
Jenna Coleman will play Queen Victoria. So what will happen in “The Magician’s Apprentice“?
Jenna Coleman has confirmed that she will exit Doctor Who during the upcoming season. I dont think my doctor really fits in with the idea of a kind of Edwardian time traveler.
Of course the picture has cause many a Whovian to start theorising that it could be a stubtle nod to Clara Oswald’s fate. And she and Clara will need to find The Doctor in Episode 1. She no longer seems to fear her own mortality.
Now we can only wonder who will join the long line of companions next? How will the 12th Doctor handle Clara leaving?
Doctor Who airs on Sunday at 7.40pm on ABC.
Hopefully all of these questions will be answered in the new series.
“Doctor Who (‘s)” Companion Jenna Coleman said that ITV’s “Victoria” would be filmed in locations around the North of England.
“I have left the Tardis”, Jenna told BBC Radio One host Nick Grimshaw on Friday. “In general the new season, “…places the Doctor in a conflict that is central to his being, as well as containning some subtle tributes to the ’60s, and truly wonderful guest performances”. – Clara and Missy came face-to-face with everyone’s favorite race of murder-bots that look like salt shakers. So how will she die?
Another guest coming to the show is Michelle Gomez who will be playing the role of Missy, a regeneration of the Master. So will they really be able to work together? “On the days when we get to work together, there is just a little something extra going on that you can’t buy”. “It’s a significant role”. The last time the TARDIS design changed was in the Christmas SpecialThe Snowman, which was the first episode after The Doctor lost his companions Amy and Rory. Crowned at 18, she turned into a powerful monarch whose time in power was said to have been twisted with unpleasantness and controversy. With his greatest temptation before him, can the Doctor resist? But there was someone who could help and a very unlikely one, indeed. But we have a feeling things won’t be that easy.
