U2 Concert Evacuated Due To Security Breach
A suspected gunman forcing a U2 concert to cancel in Stockholm on Sunday night has been identified as a police officer, Swedish media are reporting.

U2 released a statement on their website referring to the incident as “a security breach”.
Saying that the audience’s security was a priority, the band canceled the gig due to the security threat and explained the reasoning on their official website.
The concert was rescheduled for Tuesday and ticket-holders who couldn’t come back then would be reimbursed, organizers said.
Police in Stockholm have today said that no arrests have been made in relation to the security alert and that no weapon was recovered.
U2 were due to play at the venue as part of their “Innocence and Experience” tour.
The Irish Mirror citing Sweden’s Expresso reports that police were hunting a man armed with a gun.
The venue was evacuated just before the show was scheduled to start as air and ground units conducted a full sweep of the building and nearby areas to search for the man. The tour is slated to wrap up with a four-night stand ending November . 28 in Dublin, Ireland, at 3Arena.
It’s a report the police have declined to comment on.
