Donald Trump’s Twitter Q&A #AskTrump Fails Terribly and Hilariously
Donald Trump stopped by Twitter’s New York headquarters on Monday, September 21, to host the #AskTrump Q&A on the social media platform, and things didn’t go quite as positively as hoped.
“I would say absolutely he is an elite quarterback”, Trump said when asked about Baltimore Ravens signal caller Joe Flacco.
Trump was also asked to share some words of advice for how to succeed in business: “I’ve seen so many really smart people, they had good ideas but they quit”.
Taking another football question, Trump said that the broken clavicle injury sustained by Dallas quarterback Tony Romo will hurt the Cowboys’ chances to land a playoff spot, but he added that “their defense is excellent”. “As far as the salary is concerned, I won’t take even $1”.
Twitter users pointed negatively to a number of Trump’s highly publicized moments, including his past calls for President Barack Obama to release his birth certificate, his controversial remarks on Arizona Sen.
Sure, the 69-year-old GOP presidential front-runner appeared optimistic before starting, tweeting a photo of himself standing in front of Twitter’s logo, giving a thumbs-up and a smirk.
Trump also shared what he would do on his first day as president.
