OnePlus 2 Pricing Confirmed
As mentioned, the OnePlus 2 is set to greet the world on July 27th through the wonders of VR.
A report in IB Times says that One Plus CEO Pete Lau recently took to Twitter to clarify the numerous speculations about OnePlus 2 arriving with a $500 plus price tag.
In slowly lifting the veil off the flagship, OnePlus officially announced that the OnePlus 2 will pack 4 GB RAM.
The OnePlus Two is probably one of the most anticipated Android devices of the year. In January, the phone was able to cross the million mark, it also received a rating of 8 and above (on a scale of 10) from the major tech blogs.
“The One” is priced at United States $ 300 and the device is highly expensive but this comes with much better specifications.
It will be interesting to see what rolls out on the 27.
Back in December 2013, ex- Vice President of Oppo Pete Law founded OnePlus.
In a post on the company’s official Google+ page Lau is quoted as saying “Honestly, it’s never been about the price”.
The OnePlus 2 release is inching closer, and as promised, the company is slowly leaking details.
Of course this is not an exact price which could vary from anything between $499 and $300.
Some of the confirmed aspects of the OnePlus 2 are: a Snapdragon 810 processor, a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint scanner.
The OnePlus One is still doing well on the market, which is why the OnePlus 2 release date is not being rushed and its price is still being kept as low as possible. The device is also reported to have a poweful 3300 mAh battery, a 16 megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera.
