Latino leader urges more businesses to cut ties from Trump
There may be one big downside for Christie – along with much of the rest of the GOP field – with so much attention being given to Trump, however.
Goertz always knew she’d work for Donald Trump, but she may not have expected to be working on a political campaign.
“It’s the difference of telling it like it is in Christie’s case and literally blowing your brains out on the sidewalk with no filter in the case of Donald Trump“, said Ford O’Connell, a GOP strategist and ex- John McCain campaign adviser.
“They bring to this campaign a wide-range of backgrounds that represent many Iowans”, Trump said in a statement.
Trump’s backers are considerably less likely to have a college education than Republicans as a whole and are also more likely to identify themselves as “very conservative”. Goertz says no one in Iowa knows Trump better than her – she’s had breakfast at his kitchen table, used the restroom in his penthouse, and Trump’s youngest son, Barron, has a copy of her children’s book.
Former state Rep. Paula Johnson said Trump will “create jobs and solve the illegal immigration crisis”. In just the last few weeks, he has announced his candidacy for president, fueled ongoing controversy with comments about Mexicans and lost several of his corporate affiliations, including Macy’s and NBC, which has aired the “Apprentice” since those founding days. He has long boasted about his reputation as a ladies man, even suggesting that being a womanizer is actually the mark of a true world leader. I respect women greatly. “We plan to fill them up with trash, right, because that’s all that seems to come out of his mouth lately is trash”, Colin added.
