This Man Created a Magnificent ‘Dog Train’ for Abandoned Dogs
Animal news blog The Dodo reports that Bostick started taking in stray dogs at his farm in Fort Worth after retiring about 15 years ago.
Bostick caught the eye of Buzzfeed who saw the brother’s invention of his dog train containing a tractor with eight barrels with the tops cut out for each of his playful pooches to ride in.
One day, Bostick saw something that caught his eye. As the video above shows, the creation makes quite an amusing spectacle as Bostick and his barking passengers choo-choo on down the road. “That’s not enough room!’ That’s when I came up with that”, Eugene Bostick said pointing to his train. The two of them feed them and let them into their home. “They’re ready to go”, he said.
“We live down on a dead-end street, where me and my brother have a horse barn”, Bostick said.
“One day I was out and I seen this guy with a tractor who attached these carts to pull rocks”.
A United States man has built a train with a difference – it’s to give stray dogs a treat. “I thought, ‘Dang, that would do for a dog train,'” Bostick told the Dodo.
‘We made a place for them to live’. Corky, Eugene’s brother, told NBC’s Dallas/Fort-Worth station the rides, which last an hour and a half, are not only great for the dogs, but also for their family.
It’s a “walk” the dogs now look forward to every single time they see him bust out the dog train.
“I’m getting up in age”.
