Courts Just Announced Their Ruling on Caitlyn Jenner’s Role in February’s
The 65-year-old was involved in a fatal multi-car accident in February that left one woman dead and seven injured.
The crash killed Howe, who sheriff’s officials say was driving a white Lexus and was shoved by Jenner’s vehicle across a center divider into oncoming traffic, where her auto was struck head-on by a Hummer.
Now, according to TMZ, the courts have ruled on the matter of Caitlyn Jenner’s involvement in the fatal accident.
In accordance to TMZ sources connected to the L.A. County District Lawyer’s Workplace – who had been reviewing the case – have reportedly decided in that while Jenner’s conduct was negligent, it wasn’t criminal. However, Jenner is not completly in the clear, the D.A. can still choose to ignore all the findings and move on with the case if she feels necessary.
It has previously been stated that the TV star was not using her phone during the crash, and Caitlyn herself has said she was not speeding.
A source told the Daily News last month that the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s office will present evidence to prosecutors that Jenner was “traveling at an unsafe speed and was the cause of the collision”.
She said: “I remember it very little, I remember it happening and that’s about it”.
The reality star also said that the possibility of jail time if charged was the “worst case scenario”.

It was released on Wednesday so a judge could consider Jenner’s request to file portions of the application under seal.
Jenner won a gold medal in the men’s decathlon at the 1976 Olympics.
