Rainbow Six Siege Closed Beta Begins on September 24th
It all comes to a close on October 5th, so if you don’t get in today, you’ll still have plenty of time to take Rainbow: Six Siege for a spin. To get in, you’ll need to preorder the game or acquire a key through other means.
The closed beta begins today at 9am Eastern time, and ends sometime on Monday, September 28.
“The main objective of the Closed Beta is to test the online infrastructure & matchmaking with the largest number of players we’ve had in the game to date”. There will also be 14 different operators to play as. There will be two competitive modes offered – TDM – Secure Area, and TDM – Bomb.
This information was posted on Ubisoft‘s official Rainbow Six: Siege website, with the company writing: “Players will be granted access in waves to allow us to test server stability so we can optimize the player experience during the Beta”.

Rainbow Six: Siege will release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on December 1st; but before then there’s a beta to enjoy. I would speculate that Ubisoft will perhaps even open up the beta to everyone at some point, though there is no way to know for certain.
How do you get in on the beta?
