Scandal 2015 Preview: What to Expect in Season 5!

Papa Pope returns later in the season and is cozying up to Mellie Grant. Set up a Tinder profile and get back in the game. The Central Intelligence Agency director met with Cyrus (Jeff Perry), who threatened her life unless she arrested Olivia and Jake. She hid this from him with the help of Cyrus. I can’t wait to see Mellie on her own and also because she’s talked about this for so long. It certainly makes for good TV.

“Does she want to stay married for her campaign?” Meanwhile, the forthcoming segment showcases the much-awaited reunion of Olivia and Fitz. So that’s the one negotiating and leverage point that Mellie has.

Because in spite of it all, he does believe in Mellie’s potential and her brilliance. Cy, when not fooling around with his boy toy, has managed to blackmail Liv into working for the White House again. Cyrus is utterly defined by his connection to the presidency.
