Rapper Rick Ross countersues men who say he beat them
TMZ obtained the 911 phone call where Ross claims Zamudio called them three hours after everything happened. Ross believes this whole thing is just a way to bring him down.
Maybach Music Group boss Rick Ross has reportedly taken legal action against a man who claims he assaulted him earlier this year.
Zamudio claims that Ross was angry with him for throwing a party in his mansion and driving his cars.
In a countersuit filed Wednesday, Ross says the two men weren’t supposed to be living on his property, disputes the beating allegations and calls their lawsuit an attempt to extort him. He also spoke clearly and calmly to the dispatcher.
On top of this, Zamudio was recently photographed alongside 50 Cent.
The hip-hop star has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery and aggravated assault stemming from an alleged incident at his home in Georgia in June (15). The case is now pending, but Ross is out on $2 million bond.
Ross points to a photo 50 posted of himself with Zamudio, along with the caption, “Now you pay”.
According the lawsuit, both Zamudio and Caceres were both “unlawfully trespassing” by staying at Ross’ guest house during the time of the incident.
