‘Grey’s Anatomy’: Debbie Allen and Kelly McCreary Tease Season 12 ‘Growing Pains’
Right now, Greys is doing its thing and doing it well, and we dont need another spinoff at this time. The loss of Shepherd (aka McDreamy) left a void in the hearts of fans everywhere.

The season 12 premiere starts the way every Grey’s Anatomy episode does: with a monologue. “Chasing Amy” star Joey Lauren Adams will make her debut on the series during the Season 12 premiere. She’s got three kids, so I guess to dive into her kids and work is the most logical place. I’ve been watching this character [Meredith Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo] grow up for the last 11-and-a-half years, and I want to see what happens to her. But Scandal is a limited story. “I really do. I do not hope they grow up to shoot someone in the face”. Her ex-boyfriend Jake (Scott Foley) can’t be too happy about it, and it’s probably not a good idea to tick off a former intelligence operative, but who cares?
She added, “I feel like there are ways to represent women owning their sexuality and having a strong point of view about it and it not being this taboo thing that’s hidden in some closet somewhere”.
