Wichita weather: Chances for rain the next couple of days

Highs Friday top out in the mid 70s, thanks to a few clouds, but no rain. Tuesday will be a very nice day with partly sunny skies and highs near 80.

Sunday: Rain chances still remain around 50% for the region, with southerly locales still tending to be the focal area.

Friday will feature a little bit more cloud cover, which will in turn hold temperatures in the mid 70s.

SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy skies and scattered rain showers will continue, with a high temperature of 72 degrees. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

Lows tonight will follow the same pattern as yesterday. ENE @ 5-15 miles per hour.

Partly sunny skies expected during the day will become mostly cloudy in the evening and overnight. We’ll see mainly clear skies and comfortable temperatures for any outdoor plans.

Sunday evening into Monday, we finally get the culprit for the weekend clouds over us.

Friday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 90 degrees and a 50 percent chance of rain. There will be a better rain chance Sunday, around 30 percent.

Saturday night: Clear, with a low around 62.
