The synopsis reads, “Gibbs calls on the team to assist DEA Agent Luis Mitchell (John Gabriel) with a case that keeps going cold, but DiNozzo discovers there is more to Gibbs’ personal connection to the agent and his desire to help him succeed”. This change obviously encourages the team members to gossip about his new attire. The habitual agent will trade his standard military haircut and polo shirt with a modern cut and a tailored dress shirt.

This time around, the subject matter is fairly simple: Agent Gibbs’ and his sudden transformation into an even stricter person than he was before the shooting.

Meanwhile, fans and followers of NCIS Season 13 have been reading about the tension building between Gibbs and Anthony “Tony” DiNozzio (Michael Weatherly) this season. The episode titled “Personal Day” will also feature the return of Luis, one of Gibbs’ old friends. How will his colleagues react to these changes?

It’s sort of adjusting to change in general and how that affects NCIS as well. He was the one who was responsible for tracking down The Calling and closing the case. However, it could be seen that DiNozzio is determined to get Gibbs out of the black hole he appeared to have drowned himself in and help the boss recover.
