Seattle Police said a preliminary evaluation of the driver for signs of intoxication did not find any evidence of impairment.

Ride the Ducks President and CEO Brian Tracey did not return calls for comment Friday. A National Transportation Safety Board team was to arrive Friday and lead the investigation.

The NTSB wants to speak to witnesses or those with information about the crash.
