Brian Austin Green wants spousal support from Megan Fox
Megan Fox’s estranged husband Brian Austin Fox is seeking spousal support following their split this year. As previously speculated, Green will be asking Fox for spousal support. “They just want to do their own things”, the insider added. Brian Austin Green has finally responded to Megan Fox‘s request for a divorce, but he’s not making things easier for her.
Green, 42, is reportedly suffering from an illness that makes finding and maintaining a job hard.
Megan is still working on big time movies and has a steady income. Green has worked very little since last December when he and Megan were in a vehicle wreck.
As a result, Green hasn’t logged any work since the accident.
However, Fox is doing well professionally at the moment, as she recently booked a recurring role on the upcoming fifth season of New Girl. Green spends much of his time bedridden and has really struggled since the vehicle accident.
In documents filed on Tuesday, obtained by USA website TMZ, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum asks for spousal support and joint custody of their sons, Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months. Brian and Megan live in California, a community property state.
Us Weekly exclusively revealed the couple had called it quits on their marriage this past August after more than 10 years together.
