Earlier this month, Mulcair accused Harper of “piling up the excuses for doing nothing” to help refugees. To address the significant security threat posed by ISIS, as well as the humanitarian and political challenges it has created, Canada is part of a coalition of partner countries determined to degrade and defeat ISIS.

During the segment on immigration, Trudeau turned the conversation toward the ongoing Syrian refugee crisis, criticizing the Conservative government cuts to refugee health services.
