Brian Austin Green Responds to Megan Fox’s Divorce Filing
While Green’s documents are identical to Fox’s in nearly every category including the request for joint custody of Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 18 months, he has checked off the box requesting spousal support from Fox while she had left that section blank. Brian is also father to teenager Kassius from his previous relationship. They eventually rekindled their romance and got engaged for the second time in June 2010.
Because he’s in no position right now to provide for himself, Brian is asking a court to give him access to a chunk of Megan’s money. Reason for the divorce was stated as “irreconcilable differences”.
Despite getting engaged in 2006, the pair called off their engagement in 2009 with Brian saying: “Marriage isn’t a realistic goal for someone who is 23”. The actress will soon be seen in Fox’s hit comedy series ‘New Girl’ as a guest entry during Zooey Deschanel’s maternity leave.
Megan has been mostly absent from social media until she surfaced in mid-September with an Instagram selfie.

At the time of the accident, TMZ reported that both actors were not injured.
Brian subsequently revealed that the accident had resulted in vertigo.
Ever since the wreck, Green has been unable to work due to the dizziness and imbalance caused by his illness.
