Andre Iguodala says he’s OK with being the Warriors’ Sixth Man
Iguodala, 31, engaged in a treatment meant to ease joint soreness, but he did not elaborate on whether the treatment was the same as the orthokine shots that Kobe Bryant received annually in Germany.

Even with fresh knees following a trip to Germany to receive special injections, Iguodala is expected to go from National Basketball Association Finals MVP back to his role as a key reserve for the champion Golden State Warriors. Andrew Bogut likened it to the doubts during the playoffs about their championship hopes despite finishing with the best regular-season record.
New Golden State guard Ben Gordon got to know Iguodala, Stephen Curry and other Warriors in Las Vegas this summer and he has been shooting around with Iguodala during a few recent evenings.
Embracing the underdog role, Marreese Speights went as far as to say “nobody” was picking the Warriors to win it all again and added it would be up to another team to come knock them off the pedestal. Just don’t mention to him the possibility of being named the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year. He’s learned to embrace the role of Sixth Man and feels more comfortable with it than he did last season.
“Nothing is set in stone, but we won 67 games, so I don’t think we’ll change the starting lineup to start the season”, Kerr said.
“You can’t come into training camp thinking you’re playing until only April 15”, forward Draymond Green said.
“I didn’t want to be in great shape coming into camp”.

“Harrison’s number is so large that it doesn’t really matter”, Iguodala said of helping Barnes look good on the court during negotiations, smiling.
“I still see it in him, working out with him”, Iguodala said.
“This was probably the craziest that it could be, granted, with how much traveling we did and all the events that I was at”.
Steph Curry, the reigning league Most Valuable Player, or MVP, is among those from the Warriors’ roster who is excited to work with Nash.
