Cleveland infant is third child fatally shot in city in a month
Cleveland police chief Calvin Williams broke down in tears as he vowed to catch the killer.
Police say the six-month-old was hit in the chest when someone shot at a vehicle.
His comments came on the same day 10 people were killed and others were injured during a shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon, as Dana Ford and Ed Payne of CNN reported.
The three adults were not hurt.

On September 4, five-year-old Ramon Burnett was killed in the crossfire between two men.
“Another innocent child in our city has been taken from us”, Williams said.
