‘DWTS’ Pro Dancer Witney Carson Is Engaged!

Carson, a former So You Think You Can Dance contestant, joined Dancing With the Stars as a troupe dance in 2013. The 21-year-old Dancing With the Stars pro dancer is engaged to her boyfriend of four years, Carson Mcallister, 23.

She described the “perfect, perfect, he’s perfect #engaged”, she wrote, alongside a romantic photo of herself with her new fiancé.

Danced with me while the sun went down and then knelt down on one knee and asked me to marry him! “Of course I said yes”, she exclaimed. She was cut shortly after, but made her debut on DWTS the following season. The dancer celebrated her engagement on Instagram.

Carlos is competing this season alongside his wife Alexa PenaVega, who is partnered up with fellow longtime pro Mark Ballas; meanwhile, some of Carson’s other past celebrity partners include former “Bachelor” star Chris Soules and also pop singer Cody Simpson. She returned the following season and won the Mirrorball Trophy with Alfonso Ribeiro.

“Dancing” co-host Erin Andrews took to Twitter to congratulate Witney on the engagement.
