Rita Ora Returns From Paris Fashion Week For ‘X Factor’ Auditions
Cheryl, Simon Cowell, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw have kicked off the search for a new act with the X Factor [ITV/Syco]. Cheryl Fernandez-Versini failed to see the amusing side when an X Factor hopeful made a bad joke during her audition.
The first day of the judge auditions for The X Factor have kicked off in Manchester.
Geordie Cheryl, who returned to the ITV show after a hiatus previous year, teamed her tiny black top with matching wide-legged pants.
Meanwhile, we got our first glimpse at what the new-look X Factor has in store for us with a tweet of who will be sitting where on the panel. They added: “We really apologise for obvious inconvenience this must be causing you, but the situation is entirely out of our control”.
Just last week, the “I Don’t Care” singer was forced to hit back at a troll on Instagram after they branded her a “bag of bones”. She wrote, “I am so sick and exhausted of it being OK to call somebody too thin or a “bag of bones””. The audition filming was delayed for a few days due to the death of Cowell’s mother, Julie Brett. Not that I am or should justify myself to anyone. “Have some respect and maybe think there may be reasons why before opening your mouth please”.
The music mogul was expected to walk the red carpet with the ITV talent contest’s fellow judges before beginning judging the auditions.
The snap also shows Olly Murs and Caroline Flack, who will be co-hosting the main show, replacing Dermot O’Leary.
