Woman Accused Of Injecting Teens With Heroin
A Chester County woman is in custody after police say she injected two teenagers, ages 14 and 16, with heroin.
Riffey was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, drug delivery, and related charges. Burn has been charged with drug dealing and other offenses. He was supposed to have surrendered at District Court in Honey Brook Monday afternoon, but failed to appear.
On October 1st, West Caln police visited the Riffey home in response to a call to investigate the wellbeing of the daughter.
“Supplying anyone with heroin is a potential death sentence”, he said.
District Attorney Thomas Hogan said the family lived in a trailer in which numerous people were using heroin.

The young girl and her 16-year-old friend were both found at Riffey’s home in West Caln Township on Thursday when police responded to a report that prompted a well-being check. “Injecting children… with heroin demonstrates a depravity that defies belief”. When police interviewed Riffey about the drugs, she admitted that she injected the children at least once but not more than three times, according to the affidavit of probable cause. The youth said Riffey had injected him twice.
Both victims also snorted heroin given to them by Riffey’s boyfriend, according to the criminal complaint. “We will continue to deal harshly with drug dealers who are pushing this poison out to children and addicts”.
