Tom Hanks Tries to Return a College Student’s Lost ID

Hollywood’s perennial good guy assured Lauren that, “If you still need it my office will get to you”. Speaking of miracles, Hanx may want to call up Haze for backup at this point… The actor tweeted back in March that he had lost his credit card but a stranger named Tony found it and returned it.

I hope this story has a happy ending for Tom, Lauren and Lauren’s ID. Once again you make it impossible to hate you – even despite that colossal mess that was Cloud Atlas.

Hanks knew just how to reach her, on his massively popular Twitter page.

While she has yet to respond, a few have taken the opportunity to hit Hanks with their best jokes.

The students at Kerman High School in Fresno, California, are designing floats for the parade based upon the movie star’s films.

“Gear up, Kerman High School for Homecoming!” I think I’ll get to work hammering out that screenplay as soon as I’m done hammering out this post.
