Woman’s Day reports that Isabella Cruise had a secret wedding and married Max Parker, a British IT consultant on September 18 at The Dorchester in London.

While the couple’s closest friends were present at the big occasion, sources told TMZ that both of the bride’s adoptive parents were not invited to the wedding.

Isabella’s father, Tom, 53, and younger brother, Connor Cruise, 20, were reportedly not in attendance at her nuptials. Kidman is starring in Photograph 51, a play about Rosalind Franklin, the female scientist who helped to discover DNA. But the 48-year-old Oscar victor Tom Cruise was quoted in the report saying that he is “thrilled her eldest daughter has found love”.

Though Max is not a practicing Scientologist like his wife, the ceremony reportedly featured a mixture of Scientology and Christian rituals including a bridal procession, as well as a recital of vows between the bride and groom.

Nicole Kidman was reportedly in the dark about her daughter Isabella’s wedding.

In pics published by the Australian magazine, Cruise is seen wearing a short white lace dress while her bridesmaids sport pale pink jumpsuits and sip on glasses of champagne.

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise adopted Isabella in 1992, almost 10 years before their break up in 2001.

Cruise is said to approve of the union, having spent time with her daughter’s paramour before they Wednesday, and the star even footed the bill for the party.

“I have four children, so to stay in touch with them is very important”, she told the publication, also making reference to her two daughters – Sunday, 7, and Faith, 4 – with husband Keith Urban.
