Hurricane Joaquin moving over open Atlantic away from land

Forecasters with the National Hurricane Center in Miami say Joaquin is an extremely unsafe Category 4 storm, and hurricane conditions will continue over the Bahamas on Friday as the storm passes. It is tracking northeast at 21 miles per hour (33 kph).
