New Wii U bundle with Splatoon and Mario Kart 8

As well as the two million-selling games, the bundle will include a Premium Wii U.

Considering the brilliance of the Mario kart 8 DLC and the rest of the Wii U’s first party line-up, it’s well worth considering getting a Wii U.

Nintendo have announced a new upcoming Wii U hardware bundle that will see punters this holiday season walk away with two of the best games available on the platform with their console. That will be redeemable on the Nintendo eShop.

According to MCV, the bundle will cost £239.99 and release in the United Kingdom on October 30.

Unlike Nintendo of America’s Mario Kart 8 Wii U Deluxe Set, this won’t include the kart racer’s two downloadable content packs.

At that price, it’ll be the cheapest Wii U bundle to date as released by Nintendo.

Nintendo of Europe states that this bundle will be a limited time offer. Codenamed the NX, the console is expected to be revealed sometime in 2016.
