When Barnes found out that his former teammate Derek Fisher was with Barnes’ ex-wife at the estranged couple’s former home no less, Barnes chose to take matters into his own hands, literally. The issue? Barnes’ estranged wife Gloria Govan, who is apparently having relations with Fisher. Another source said, “Someone told Matt that Fisher was at the house and he drove down there – he went over to confront Derek”. Fisher missed Monday’s practice session for what the team called, “personal reasons”.

Barnes and Fisher were teammates on the Los Angeles Lakers from 2010-2012.

And Barnes went out of his way to do it.

The Post reported that Fisher suffered only scratches in the tussle and won’t press charges.

It’s unclear how things exactly transpired, but the report says that a party was taking place at the home, hosted by Basketball Wives LA star Gloria Govan.

“I wanted to make sure that before they were asked about it at least that they heard from me directly about my state of mind and how present I am,” Fisher said.

Fisher reportedly left before the cops arrived, but Gloria Govan is reportedly planning to file a restraining order against Barnes.
