She sang “Stars” by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals and incorporated a few of her country style into it. The second she hit the powerful note in the chorus, all of the coaches turned simultaneously.
But she predicted that she would go with Pharrell, complaining: ‘I don’t want you to get seduced by the fact that Pharrell is so cute – its distracting’. The “alternative rock guy” completes Team Blake.
Vachal sings “Dream A Little Dream Of Me” for her audition. Her family was there to cheer her on, including her father who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. He seems to have an emotional dynamic, with quiet reflection and a powerful gusto, that appeals to the coaches and viewers of The Voice, so he got a four-chair turn. “One spot, and I couldn’t be more sure this spot on my team was made for you”.
Hoping to jump-start her career, Summer auditions with Deana Carter’s “Strawberry Wine”. She did not succeed, and Mitchell chose Team Blake, finalizing Shelton’s team for the season.
Blake also lost out on another stunning country singer – but this time because he could not make a bid as he had already filled his team.
It was the final night of the season-nine blind auditions on The Voice Monday night.

All four teams now have 12 contestants on their team before the battle rounds begin next week.
