Broncos vs. Raiders injury report: Offensive line nursing a few injuries again
On facing former players: “I don’t get too cranked up about things like that, but you do want to play well against guys you know”. “I’m 26 and I feel like I can’t complain about certain things because he’s doing it and he’s been doing it for a while and he does it at a high level”.
The Oakland Raiders host the Denver Broncos in one of the NFL Week 5 games on Sunday, start time at 4:25 PM ET, at O.co Coliseum, Oakland, CA.
The only other player remaining from that draft class is quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who also started last week. “It makes you want to step up and play hard”.

Like Woodson, Manning is not quite the same player he was in his prime but he is still quite successful.
Notes: Raiders coach Jack Del Rio declined to say why he put Aqib Talib and not Chris Harris Jr. on Colts WR T.Y. Hilton in the playoffs past year when he was the Broncos defensive coordinator, a move that was heavily scrutinized.
Despite that injury, Woodson has recorded a fourth-quarter interception in each of the past two games.
Manning said nothing changes for him no matter the lineup. It should have probably helped them win the Chicago game and it definitely helped them seal the Cleveland game. He’s the leader of that defense back there.
Charles Woodson has 62 career interceptions. “Let them match up however they want to match up going forward. But it would be great to get my hands on one of Peyton’s balls”.
Integrating Manning’s style with coach Gary Kubiak’s concepts hasn’t been a smooth ride for the Broncos, although the offense has come through in the clutch in each of Denver’s four games so far. “No question about it”.
Left tackle Ty Sambrailo is still working his way back from a shoulder injury he suffered against the Detroit Lions – he did not play this past Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings – and did not practice Wednesday.
The Broncos also held their two starting guards – Louis Vasquez and Evan Mathis – out of Wednesday’s practice. On the ground, Latavius Murray rushed for 49 yards in 16 attempts while Roy Helu added 22 yards in five carries.
