‘Mighty Mites’ Team Stops Football Game To Do The ‘Whip,’ ‘Nae Nae’
Sometimes, it’s necessary to do the “Whip” and “Nae Nae” no matter what you’re in the middle of, right? As you can see, they nearly all immediately break into the “Watch Me” dance when the song starts playing over the loud speaker.
Eventually, instead of tackling and running to make passes, half the players are “whipping” and “nae nae-ing” with vim and vigor.
That’s what happened when numerous kids on the Mighty Mites football team from Milford, Mass., were scrimmaging during halftime of a varsity football game, according to The Washington Post. However, at one point, a player wearing a No. 57 jersey is told to stop dancing and rejoin his teammates or else he’d be called for an offsides penalty.
Everyone knows that feeling when your song comes on.
SBNation.com counted 10 kids playing and 11 dancing during the play, which resulted in a touchdown.
