George and Amal Clooney celebrated their first wedding anniversary in London with friends Rande Gerber, Cindy Crawford and Discovery Land CEO Mike Meldman.

According to an eyewitness, Amal had “a couple” drinks over the course of the night and when the group made their way to their cars at evening’s end, the human rights lawyer – who was “extremely loud and chatty” and “appeared to be tipsy” – showed off a little more than she bargained for, accidentally flashing the paparazzi as she climbed into the vehicle!

“I think one of the things I love about Amal is that she’s not only interesting – she’s very interesting to talk to – but she’s also interested in your world as well”, Crawford said.

Crawford, who’s had a successful modeling career for over 30 years, also praised her friend’s style. I guess we talk about fashion in a way, but it’s not like we pore over magazines together. “Rather than have my dad walk me down the aisle and ‘give me away, ‘ Rande and I chose to walk each other down the stairs that led to the beach and the ceremony”, she writes in her book.

George surprised the world when he married Amal, ending his days as an A-list bachelor.

Gerber seems to be keeping up with his wife, for the most part.
