Maryland says: ‘Randy Edsall is our football coach’ for Ohio State game

Edsall, 57, is 22-33 during his tenure with the Terrapins following a 2-3 start this season.

A year after the program enjoyed a 30 percent increase in season ticket sales, Maryland has suffered one of the five largest year-over-year attendance decreases among Power Five conference schools this season, according to an analysis conducted by CBSSports.com.

There has also been high-profile uncertainty at quarterback, with preseason position-battle victor Perry Hills replaced after the first two games.

“We’ll let you know on Saturday”, Edsall said. Despite Ohio State’s recent struggles, don’t expect one.
