Jason Garrett scolds Greg Hardy: Not how we operate as an organization

Dallas coach Jason Garrett said he thinks Hardy is just excited to play again and didn’t mean anything bad by his comments. “That’s not how we want to operate as an organization”, Garrett said. Hardy, as you’ll recall, was convicted of assault previous year after his girlfriend testified that he beat her up, choked her and threw her onto a couch covered in assault rifles. Hardy expressed excitement in facing Brady, and then chuckled when he mentioned Brady’s wife, model Gisele Bundchen.

A heated New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys match-up is on the way, and now Tom Brady and Greg Hardy are making headlines for a few commentary that is not exactly related to the game ahead. Hardy, who played in Carolina before signing with the Cowboys in March, replied to the tweet: “didn’t the twin towers get blown up lol”. He’s got good instinct and feel for the game, so we do think he will pick things up quickly. I didn’t play football until I was a freshman in high school.

He hasn’t been on the field yet because of a domestic violence-related suspension by the NFL. He also wouldn’t mind seeing her sister and friends either. I hope she comes to the game.

Let’s hope Hardy keeps his guns away from the field on Sunday and finds a way to actually stay out of the news until then. Commissioner Roger Goodell gave Hardy a 10-game suspension this season, but it was reduced to just four games thanks to help from the NFLPA.
