St Paul announces Pumpkin Patch 2015
“Pumpkins are first come, first serve, and we’ll pick ’em until they’re gone”. Visiting the Pumpkin Patch is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. “All pumpkin donation proceeds will go to the Willamette Humane Society”, Marketing Manager Cheryl Gillson said. A year ago it was Hope Restored.
“We read them a story and they have cookies and pumpkin juice, which is really orange juice”, she said.
There will also be a pre-carved pumpkin contest.
Visitors are invited to stop by the pumpkin patch at Trinity Church/Queen Anne Square and enjoy the handsome pumpkin patch, live music and fall decorations.
“Our annual Pumpkin Patch Party is a community event”. Baked goods will include pumpkin roll, pumpkin pie and pumpkin muffins.
Open October 11-31, the Pumpkin Patch will be located in the church parking lot.
East Berlin Area Community Center in partnership with Zwingli Church is having a Pumpkin Festival 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.on October 10 at the Community Center at 405 North Avenue.
Hours are 3 p.m.-dark Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-dark Saturday and noon-dark on Sunday. Proceeds benefit the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana Backpack Program.
