China sends senior official to DPRK on ruling party anniversary

In conjunction with the anniversary, outside observers were also looking to see whether North Korea and China would fix relations that were strained over Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile programs.
Besides China, not many countries, even those that have close diplomatic ties with North Korea, sent senior officials to the parade.
Kim extended his heart-felt thanks for Xi’s letter and asked Liu to convey his greetings and best wishes to Xi.
While expressing his gratitude for such arrangement, the top DPRK leader said the current visit is sure to play an important role in carrying on the DPRK-China friendship and expanding the bilateral relations.
“Our get-together right now can forthrightly state that our a breakthrough powers would like to reply to whatever battle Us all imperialists really want and entirely experienced enough to definitely maintain our certain people and of course the white moon our motherland”, Kim, flanked by Liu and chief North Korean officers, said.
Kim also expressed his appreciation of China’s achievements, saying that he hoped for early realization of Chinese dream and great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Workers’ Party of DPRK was established on October 10th, 1945 by an initiative of the Late Korean leader Kim Illinois Sung following the liberation of his country from Japan in August 15th of the same year.
It has been the steadfast policy of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese government to enhance and develop friendly and cooperative ties with the DPRK, which serve the common interests of the two parties and the two peoples, a senior CPC official said here Saturday.
China’s Xinhua News Agency reported that Liu’s delegation landed in Pyongyang on Friday on a four-day trip to attend activities to commemorate the founding of the Workers’ Party which falls today.
