The actor is due to be sent back to the USA next week (beg12Oct15) to face charges for allegedly squatting at a house in Santa Barbara, California. Carter said Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid likewise confront lawful offense charges for neglecting to show up at a court hearing on November 2010 while out on bail.
Quaid’s offered for perpetual residency in Canada was denied in 2012, and it can take years for deportation to take after.
The 65-year-old actor said in interview with The Associated Press from a detention centre in Laval, Quebec, on Wednesday that he would like to resolve his legal issues in California and “move on with my life”.

U.S. Customs detained the individuals when they were discovered to have outstanding warrants out of California. Randy Quaid says that his friends Heath Ledger and David Carradine were both killed by the “star whackers”.
“I probably will get arrested for all that”.
Randy, best known for his roles in Independence Day and National Lampoon’s Vacation, has not appeared onscreen since the 2009 movie Balls Out.
They are truly a couple without a country.

Clearly fed up with his dissenting, Evi then shoots back: ‘You’re not Trump, and you’ll never be Trump! On Wednesday, Reuters reported that Quaid said he was arrested by a Canada Border Services Agency officer earlier this week during a routine check-in; Quaid said he has been checking in with the agency every two weeks since May as part of the conditions that were set after his application for permanent residency was rejected (the CBSA did not confirm or deny this arrest).
